30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at kingdom_wear_us@outlook.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.
Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, including the applicable return shipping arrangements.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your KINGDOMWEAR™ order upon delivery.
If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at kingdom_wear_us@outlook.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so our team can review it and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made products, where applicable
- Items missing their original tags or packaging.
Sale or promotional items may be subject to specific return conditions disclosed at purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return of your original purchase and, once accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
If you received the wrong size or colour due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
This right is separate from our standard 30-day return policy and is subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
